I present to you, in chronological order, pictures of self-made multi-quisine grub that has served as lunch over the past couple of days:
1. Exhibit #1: Pasta in 4-käse sauce ( Quattro Formaggi ?)
2. Exhibit #2: Tarkari uppittu, with potatoes, onions, cauliflower, carrots, lettuce, cabbage, and other vegetables whose names I cannot recall or spell.
Both were munched/swallowed down with relish.

Hey! No fair! Ready-to-eat meals don't count! And neither does pasta, unless of course you made it from scratch! But the Uppittu qualifies you cum laude, for sure :)

The pride of my cuisine_photo_colleciton is the Alu-palak I made a few days ago, though.
And the pasta was a ready-to-eat meal. :)
